Ultimate Recipe Roundup Winners, Round Three

After a fabulous round of the Utah's Own Ultimate Recipe Roundup Contest, Macey's Grocery Store in Lehi, Utah may be considering a new slogan. Instead of your "family's favorite grocery store," it will now read, "your family's favorite Utah's Own recipe store." All 15 contestants awed the judges with their innovation and creativity, as they competed and represented more 25 different Utah's Own products in their sweet and savory recipes.



Cristy Powell, who you may recognize as second place from round two, decided to add a little more Utah's Own products to her Raspberry Buttercream French Macaroon recipe. Such a move made her pink delights irresistible in taste and product representation.

Carmell Childs placed second with her Utah's Own Utah-opia Tropical Berry Creme. Her combination of Meadow Gold Dairy Products and fresh produce from Berries by the Bay created a creamy fruity paradise experience for all those who sampled.

Shauna Evans, known as Groovy Mom in the blogosphere, found her best groove with a Fresh Peach Pie served with homemade lemon ice cream. This third place dish could add the perfect tart and sweet delight to your family's summer parties.

All the winners received gift cards to shop at their local associated retail grocery store.
